1.  Transfer your Membership Dues to: BCR Account #325-2009-5 Ahorro/Savings
      Please put your Name / lot# in motivo/memo.
      or just submit your form and/or print it and give to our Treasurer with your payment.

2.  Fill out and send form below with your transfer trans # number.
      You can print your form after you submit it.   After you submit, click "File" "Print"
      Also a copy will be emailed to you.
      Please submit separate form for Personal and Business Memberships.
